1. The production line features an automated loading system, comprising a horizontal feeding channel, a rotary loading rack, and an automatic unloading system, all operated by an advanced feeding mechanism. The drilling unit comprises six CNC drilling heads, with three mounted on each side of the angle steel. The heads on either side are designed to drill holes of identical diameter simultaneously, ensuring uniform spacing from the upper edges of the angle steel flanges.
3. The software features a bilingual Chinese/English interface, enabling intuitive navigation and providing a clear visualization of workpiece drawings.

The programming process is streamlined and highly efficient; users need only input the workpiece dimensions, hole diameters, spacing, and quantity, after which the program is generated automatically. In addition, CAD/CAM lofting software can be utilized for seamless file conversion. The system is fully compatible with NC1 files generated by TEKLA software.
